Tim has produced something magical here. two-thirds direct press juice, the other third was de-stemmed and macerated gently over a week or so. This has delightful fruit weight and concentration but feels agile and nimble. There is also a great line of tannin making sure it all hums along nicely. 
This is out-drinking it's price, not by a bit, but by a lot.
